« We had a wonderful time. Very comfortable bed, lovely kitchen and shower room. Wonderfully clean. The meadow garden was lovely, overlooking fields. Outside is a gazebo, two large 6-person picnic benches, outside table & chairs and a sturdy bench. The Wifi was fast and reliable, making streaming Netflix on the large Smart TV effortless. The visitor book in full of wonderful praise for Sarah (the owner) and the cottage - and justifiable so too. Loved it! »

« Advertised that there was a hair dryer available but there was no hair dryer in the property. Utensils were few and far between, no vegetable knife just a carving and a bread knife. Beds in both bedrooms were very uncomfortable we both had backaches after sleeping in both the master and the smaller front bedroom. It was an average stay but we wouldn't stay here again. »

Perfect accommodation for Grimsby
"First stay in this hotel and very happy with the experience. The check-in was fast and smooth with nice staff, the room was comfortable with easy adjustment of the temperature, the kettle & instant coffee were most welcome, the bathroom amenities were great, the shower was well designed with suitable water pressure. The only thing I would add to the room is a small fridge. The breakfast (included in the price) offered many options. There are many shops nearby (including a supermarket) and some nice restaurants too. A great pizzeria is less than a 5 minute walk away and the train station is next door for easy access. Nothing else to say, really, I would definitely choose to stay there again."
