« Room was clean, but very inconvenient---some of the electricity wasnt working! There was no closet, or areas to hang up clothes. Free breakfast advertised was false! There was none. Pool was not functional, not even able to sit at patio area. Stayed and paid for 2 nights, but room was never cleaned, nor were more washclothes, etc provided. Lobby was closed entire stay. When I complained about paying full price for less than adequate service, the staff was unresponsive. »

« We stayed here when we got stuck in Scottsboro due to icy roads. The staff was nice and helped us secure two rooms. The other hotels were booked and we thought we would sleep in the car. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable . It could use a little remodeling but for the price it was good. »
