"I was really impressed by the artistic decorations and tranquility feeling of the hotel. The staff are professional and friendly. We originally planned to have hammam at the site, but as the heating was not working very well, the hotel refunded our money. The one-hour full body message was great!"

"Paper thin doors and walls. Impossible to get a good night rest as staff and guests start walking around and talking right by your door / window. Good breakfast. "

"It has the potential to be very good. The property size is very good and the gardens are all private and not over looked. The issue is it needs a lot of refurbishment. Nothing totally fundamental but to give you a theme we had a 3 bed villa. None of the doors properly close so you get bugs coming in at night you’re not careful. The air con leakes when you have it on for more than 5 mins. The outside tables wobble so much if you put a coffee on them it wins be there for long. The kitchen tap was so loose you had to prop it up when you wanted to turn it on. And be ready for the daily does of count how many cockroaches you have in the kitchen every morning. A number of the villas seemed abandoned and various area where taped off I assume for some later repair. All that said I want to emphasise the staff are loverly and you can tell when it was first built it was really nice, very impressive entrance and the design of the place is well considered. It’s just a pity that it’s not been maintained as for me I would not consider it a real 5star resort. But if you want somewhere big private and not picky about finish because let’s be honest the kids will break half of it anyway 😉 it not that bad"

"The hotel is very beautiful with absolutely stunning gardens – the grounds really make a big impression and create a wonderful atmosphere. The food is very good and the staff is polite and friendly. However, you need to be very careful with room location. Rooms not facing the garden are very noisy, which can significantly affect the stay. Communication by email is also quite poor – we never received replies to some of our emails, including one regarding flowers that were delivered to the hotel and were unfortunately of very poor quality. Overall, we have mixed feelings. On one hand, it is a wonderful and impressive hotel, especially because of the gardens. On the other hand, small issues like noise and lack of email communication negatively affect the overall experience. We would still recommend the hotel, but strongly advise choosing a garden-facing room and confirming important requests in advance."

"We had a wonderful 3-night stay at this charming boutique hotel in Essaouira. The staff were exceptional—warm, attentive, and always ready to help, making us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. The location is perfect, just a short stroll from the beach, and the hotel itself is a peaceful haven. The pool and gardens are beautifully maintained, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere—ideal for unwinding. Breakfast was delicious each morning, with a great selection to start the day. Overall, it’s a quiet, relaxing place that I’d happily return to and highly recommend, especially for a peaceful getaway with family."

"The staff are this hotels main assist and are very freindly and helpful. Our room and the communal areas have seen better days. Food is plentiful and well cooked although a little repetitive. All in all we had a good stay. "
