"stayed for a short time, we were warmly welcomed by the incredibly kind and helpful staff. The hotel is stylish, clean, and full of charm — a peaceful retreat in Marrakech. The only small issue we experienced was with the warm water pressure, which wasn’t working during our stay. But overall, the kindness and hospitality of the team more than made up for it. "Cette riad était parfaite. Elle est vraiment très bien située dans la médina, très près de la place Jemaa El Fna. Le conducteur de notre taxi a contacté la riad et l’hôte est venu nous chercher au stationnement. Nous avons laissé nos bagages en consignes pour la journée et sommes revenus en soirée pour prendre un délicieux dîner avec eux. "Wonderful stay in Marrakech. Accommodations were clean, quiet and relaxing after a day in the Souks, located down a quiet street but very accessible to main sites in the Medina. Hammam was very replenishing, and breakfast was delicious, they didn’t mind accommodating when we had to leave early for our transfer. Host was very generous and informative (Nourish). "

"The hotel is very beautiful with absolutely stunning gardens – the grounds really make a big impression and create a wonderful atmosphere. The food is very good and the staff is polite and friendly. However, you need to be very careful with room location. Rooms not facing the garden are very noisy, which can significantly affect the stay. Communication by email is also quite poor – we never received replies to some of our emails, including one regarding flowers that were delivered to the hotel and were unfortunately of very poor quality. Overall, we have mixed feelings. On one hand, it is a wonderful and impressive hotel, especially because of the gardens. On the other hand, small issues like noise and lack of email communication negatively affect the overall experience. We would still recommend the hotel, but strongly advise choosing a garden-facing room and confirming important requests in advance."

"This riad completely exceeded our expectations. From the outside, it’s tucked away in a quiet, unassuming alley, but the moment the doors open, it’s absolutely stunning. The space is beautiful, modern, spacious and impeccably maintained. It genuinely feels like stepping into a hidden oasis. Fatima, the housekeeper, made our stay unforgettable. She was attentive, efficient, kind and incredibly thoughtful. Breakfast was prepared fresh whenever we were ready to sit down, and she was always just a WhatsApp message away to make sure we had everything we needed. We relied on Google Translate, but somehow communication was seamless. She handled everything with warmth and a constant smile. The level of service started even before we arrived. The owner reached out in advance to connect us directly with Fatima so our driver could easily find the riad. Throughout our stay, she stayed in touch with recommendations, checked in regularly, and even called a couple of times to make sure everything was perfect. That personal touch really stood out. One of the most memorable moments was when they surprised us with a cake and candles for my daughter’s 13th birthday. It was completely unexpected and such a thoughtful gesture that made the night really special. It’s clear they truly care about their guests and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome."

"Absolutely amazing experience will stay here again. So clean, beds are so comfortable, the food was amazing at the snack bar and the restaurant, great pool and I had the most amazing experience at the spa having a Hammam and massage. The location is perfect, 7 mins away from main square, 3 mins from place Mallah where most tours pick you up from and the riad is on a really nice souk with great shops and food stalls"

"I can’t really agree with their so-called “deluxe room”, which was what I booked. They’re very strict/stingy with towel supply. There’s only one bath towel and one mid size towel. When I asked for face towel and extra bath towel, I received none. No electric kettle. My unit wad crossed the street from main building, so I had to go downstairs, crossed the street, then to kitchen for hot water. But that only happened if I was lucky that there’s someone in the kitchen. "
