Beautiful and clean property right in the center of Edinburgh Old Town! Only issue was that the pull-out couch mattress was extremely worn out and uncomfortable - I had to sleep on the couch cushions on the floor.

Very helpful staff, large comfortable quiet room in a very good location. Breakfast was not good and we stopped eating there after the first morning they need to step up the quality. Hotel is a lovely classic property they do need some new carpeting but it's a clean building. Again the staff and location are excellent. Rooms are very comfortable.

The apartment is very small and a bit far from the center, you need a car or a bus to reach it. The hall is narrow and the bathroom is small, one bedroom is small and barely fits a double bed. There is a hanging bed but it is not equipped and the ladder is broken. The apartment is clean and the kitchen is good but the sheets are worn out. The apartment only fits two people, contrary to what is written that it fits four, but there is no sofa bed, even just a sofa in the hall
