Ideal location with very clean spacious rooms. Would stay again

Staff were so friendly! The breakfast option was delicious and had different meals each day. Super nice lady at the breakfast area who was so kind and helpful. Room was clean and was turned around often. Stayed with two adults and 2 kids for 7 days and the kids enjoyed the bunk beds! Walking distance to central Yerevan. Would stay again!

Communication with the property manager was clear and polite and quick (via WhatsApp). The apartment was well designed and everything was provided. Lovely!

I fell in love with this hotel and it's kind loving staff! First let me tell you about the hotel. It's brand new, with amazing view of the city. The rooms are nicely furnished with great balcony that over look the city. It's close to everything and they accomidates me at 3 in the morning for checkin since they have 24x7 reception. Second the breakfast is awesome and they make a great Armenian coffee ☕ Third and most importantly the staff made this place like home. It was my birthday and as you can see based on the images we all celebrated at 11:30 in morning with cake, fruits, candle, birthday hat and some good Armenian liquor that was provided for a small toast. It was a perfect birthday with true Armenian hospitality on display. I am checking out of the hotel today but I left my heart at Sunset Apart-hotel.
