"Very nice and clean hotel! Reception was closed but I got very detailed instructions before arrival on how to retreive my key and find the room. I was also gifted sweets and wine. I loved that the fridge was bigger than usual hotel fridges/minibar. I also got the breakfast, which was served at a nearby café, and I got my breakfast served at the table. Very cozy place and everything was tasty! Highly recommend this hotel!"

"Inadequate cooking facilities and the smallest and most difficult and awkward bathroom imaginable. The spaces were all cramped and difficult to maneuver. The front desk is advertised to be open all day and into the night, but good luck finding staff actually there at any time. "From the point of booking, the owner of Vegga suites made contact with us and was very attentive. Even walked to greet us on arrival at 5am, made reservations at a restaurant he recommended and was in his words “at our disposal” during our stay in Crete even after we left Heraklion to move to our beach holiday. "Al the staff were amazing, welcoming and helpful. There are varying standards of accommodation. We were basic all inclusive we had a lounge with a balcony and on three other floor the bedroom also worth a balcony. A bath with a shower, a walk in shower and two sinks. Serviced evert day. "

"We enjoyed our 10 day trip in Happy Cretan . Everything was good close to nice beach. We enjoyed the bike ride that is offered by free. The only complaint was that first night in the restaurant that we went the bill was to expensive compared to all restaurants in the Crete. "
