"Room was not ready for check in at 3pm but we were given a small refund as compensation for the hour delay. Once in the room, there were ants all over the kitchen te and spiders in the bathroom Including one inside the clean towels when we opened it up. While the towels were clean/washes some of the towels had old stains on them that could do not wash out - would probably be best to retire those rather than use them for guests. Rooms were dated and hot. No room darkening shade so it gets bright...

"Staff was amazing, so kind, and always helpful! Ice machine only worked a couple days of the stay but the staff were very helpful and prompt at trying to get it fixed. Room is the basics, but what you need, and they do have a microwave near the vending machines in the office you can use to heat food."
