« Super location, comfortable rooms and welcoming front desk. Pet-Friendly with walking area right at edge of property and a lovely park across the street. Very Happy with experience. »

« Chambre ok. Par contre très déçu par le déjeuner. Très petit muffin sans choix, barre tendre sucrée ou avec noix alors qu’allergique. Sachet de gruau. Ce n’est pas ce à quoi je m’attendais en payant pour le déjeuner. »

« First room I was offered smelled overwhelmingly like cigarette smoke, second one was okay but smoke detectors were all removed, lots of stains on the walls, missing outlet covers and faulty outlets. Not the cleanest beyond a cursory glance. Don’t look under the beds or at the ceiling. Hot water was short lived, property was definitely in need of some repair. Not a great part of town with arrests happening just around the corner and police abundant. Obviously some guests were “long term”. We...

« Could not enter lobby. Had to do transaction through a "ticket window". Had to sign the back of a "paper". He said he needed that for expedia. Room was horrific soiled bedding, cigarette burns in bedding, etc. People walking on the outside of rooms looking in the windows. I went back to the window and told him I wouldn't stay there and that I wanted a refund. He said he would ask Expedia to refund it.I just wanted out of there. Actually very scared and uncomfortable. »

« This reservation was canceled about a week before in an area with few options and a cycling event in which I was a participant. The hotel over booked and kicked me off with no options. Won’t be booking with the hotel or Expedia any time soon. »
