9.4/10 Exceptional! (353 reviews)
This is the most stunning hotel I have ever stayed at, I didn't want to leave. It's gorgeous, the beds are a dream, it's quiet, super clean but live plants all over even in your room. The staff was wonderful and the location top notch for convenience to restaurants, coffee and getting around Seattle. If I can afford it, I would be thrilled to stay here any and every time I visit.

9/10 Wonderful! (1,532 reviews)
Really nice rooftop pool! We had a king room with a sofa bed and the staff could not pull it together to get us bedding for the sofa bed in a timely way. Had to call and text multiple times and staff seemed annoyed by the request. First they sent up a dog blanket and we used that the first night and the next night we requested a comforter which took until 5pm to arrive. Bedding for the sofa bed should be in the room from the start.

7.6/10 Good! (1,274 reviews)
"The hotel was being renovated so the front desk was over on the side door and it was a very informal front desk area. The check process was easy, but inconvenient due to parking and location in the hallway. The room was new but there was hair in the shower and the shower had very little water pressure. ..."
