"We went to Shelton to visit family and found peace, quiet and a beautiful cabin. If you like to hike and are adventurous the owners will guide you to amazing trails. The outside of our cabin was the best. A swing, hammocks, and fire pit. We highly recommend this place. We’ll be back next year ."

"We found the cabin to be cozy and comfortable. It was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and open living/dining room was great for our family of 3 to be able to hang out in. The neighborhood was a little bit of a mixed bag but was fine. The little convenience store around the corner was great."

"Sweet little house and a smooth process of renting. Great automated communication through Vacasa. House has a happy atmosphere & is well maintained inside and out. Not a ton of cooking supplies so be sure to bring your own if you are making big meals at the house. We were so thankful to have a beautiful and relaxing vacation on the water. "We liked everything about the Casino and Hotel except our neighbors. Midnight to 3:30am the gambling moved to the room next door. Didn’t get a good night sleep due to noise both nights. Will consider a different hotel. "

"This house seriously needs improvement. The shower curtain was completely busted, so when we took a shower, water went everywhere. Also, the house has so little venting and so much moisture trapped into the carpets, etc, that if the windows are shut, there is significant condensation on the windows. There is a musty smell, and the beds are very uncomfortable. That said, the location is IDEAL, the beach and swimming pool are amazing, and the place is dog-friendly - all of which are serious...

"Very nice front desk personnel and decent 3 night stay for the price once we got settled in. Fast food places and Walmart within walking distance and it was helpful to have a fridge and microwave. One wall of the room needed painting and bathroom mirror needed to be painted or replaced. The whole hotel could use a facelift. But it worked ok."

"Property is dated so be expecting that. However it is clean and the staff are so friendly. Great price for an overnight stay!The attached restaurant has great food, great service which is a bonus! "
