Subject: Formal Dispute & Final Notice: Unacceptable Stay and Disputed Check-Out Charges
To the Management at Accra Luxury,
I am writing to formally place on record my extreme dissatisfaction regarding my recent stay, which fell completely below acceptable hospitality standards from arrival to departure.
Upon initial check-in, our privacy was severely violated when three hostesses barged into our room unannounced and without permission. Following this, we encountered significant security issues. While your team eventually acknowledged these failures and issued an apology, the full refund requested and promised for the first two nights was never disbursed.
As a repeat client, this level of service is entirely uncharacteristic and unacceptable. The apartment lacked basic essentials, including adequate towels, a broom, balcony seating, and dining chairs. A simple request for a dish sponge took over four hours to fulfill. Due to these inadequate facilities, a room relocation was required midway through the stay.

The venue offers comfort and convenience and is a very good value -- but comes with some challenges. The room itself was very comfortable -- especially for the price. But, the room was not ready when promised, and that mattered as I got there after 16 hours of travel. Also, oddly, the rooms do not come stocked with hand towels, only full sized ones.
