Beds are damaged ,my kids are complaining their back is hurting from the bed,I checked underneath the mattress theirs some towels under mattress is holding the mattress up cause the bed is already damaged

A pleasant night’s stay at this hotel on a golf course. We enjoyed the quiet and were pleased it had air con. The seating area outside was also lovely.
And yes. We’d visit again, we are in the Cardiff area a lot so it’s good to have another option, especially when there are multiple events in town.
All the staff were very friendly. We didn’t use the pool as it was shut quite early so had no time.

Nice hotel, good location, Starbucks on site. Safe car parking.
Wouldn't let us check in half hour early even though our room was ready. Never had that experience before.
