Mohammed, who took care of us, told us we could call him anytime or easily reach him via WhatsApp, which made everything much easier. The apartment was very clean and well-organized. The air conditioning wasn’t working in one bedroom when we arrived, I messaged Hazem and he got somebody around to fix it the next morning which was very pleasing.
