"ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING PLACE. Staff were abrupt and no direction of how things worked in the hotel, breakfast etc. No kettle in room, just a water cooler, that had a heat and warm button on that didn't work. Tiny fridge built in the cooler which was filthy and cracked. Furniture had glass tops on tables that had been cut down and the glass was all cracked. TV with one working channel. Bathroom was disgusting and probably not seen cleaning products since it opened. Choice of 1 pillow on the bed with...

Villa Belle Epoque

10/10 Excellent

"."

Luxurious and Panoramic Nile view.

10/10 Excellent

"I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment in Maadi. The Nile view was beautiful, and the large balcony was one of my favorite features. It was such a lovely place to relax and enjoy the scenery.Mr. Nabil, the host, was incredibly kind, respectful, and welcoming. He always responded promptly whenever we had a question and made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. Ibrahim, who helped us with the check-in, was also very friendly, helpful, and professional, which made our arrival smooth and easy. The gilded furniture gave the apartment a unique and elegant character. The free Wi-Fi was a great convenience, and the location was relatively convenient, with easy access to the city center.Overall, I had a wonderful experience and truly appreciated the hospitality. I will definitely come back here whenever I visit Egypt again, and I would happily recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with a beautiful Nile view in Maadi."

PALMERAS PYRAMIDS HOTEL

10/10 Excellent

"This place is amazing overall. The owner Abdul was so welcoming and cheerful and the receptionist Noor was amazingly respectful and great at her job. I would recommend this hotel for my self and others over any other hotel I’ve stayed at. Thanks everyone"

Pyramids Sunrise Inn

8/10 Good

"Very nice property with good, large and clean room. We were given an upgrade of a room with a balcony when we arrived and the view of the pyramids is stunning. Very friendly staff who always wanted to help. Lovely meal on the first night although very slow. The only other downside was I do feel we were ripped off on a 10 minute cab journey which cost way too much money."

Sahure Pyramid View Inn

10/10 Excellent

"We escaped the world for a couple of days and stayed at this beautiful guesthouse. The room was clean and air-conditioned. Hatem was an incredible host who attended to our every need, the place was so serene, the view is absolutely spectacular, and the farm animals were an incredible addition. We can’t wait to be back, and I definitely recommend you pay this place a visit!"

Golden Palm Hotel

8/10 Good

"The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful, and the rooftop view was wow — absolutely amazing!"

Pyramids sunshine view

8/10 Good

"The host at the rooftop is excellent. The guy (Muhammed) working the late evening front desk shift until the morning is very helpful, speaks good English, and overall honest. The girl working the front desk is a liar very dishonest. My dining bill was 1887 egyptian pounds (I gave the host a tip on the table) and decided on her own to round up my tab. I paid it because she said she had no change. When I paid my taxi to the airport again they had no change so I did not accommodate her scheme. I gave a tip to the taxi driver directly. The only reason I'd advise not to stay here again is because it's 22 minutes away from the new museum and about 25 minutes away from Sphinx. 45 minutes from the Airport with no food options within walking distance. We tried walking to a corner store and restaurant but the side streets were dirt and no one could understand us on how to reach the restaurant. The alleys had been bricked off where the map thought it was a road to pass through."
