Two concerning things - we had a visit from two male staff members bringing chocolates at 21:00 (9:00 PM) who used a pass key to enter the room after we didn't immediately respond. The intentions were good but scary for my wife who had already started to sleep. Secondly, the WC (rest rooms) in the lobby were embarrassingly unusable or dirty.
