Great property to stay at before our cruise. Loved the luxury shopping right outside our hotel. Rooftop bar for a night cap was wonderful & we enjoyed the craft cocktails. Bed was comfy and the property itself was very nice.

It’s my 3rd of 4th stay. Clean, very comfortable beds, well designed rooms and the service is top notch. Food is delightful and the fact that they don’t charge you for non alcoholic drinks from the mini bar just feels like a nice little touch of added value. To me it just says that they are they to accommodate you, not gouge you.

This is a beautiful and CLEAN hotel. We enjoyed our time there a lot. We were robbed right outside of the Barcelona Train station and the bag that was taken had our passports, money, medicine and computer in it. I called the hotel to tell them that we would be late and they said it wasn't a problem. When we arrived at the hotel, the bell boys were fabulous. They greeted us with smiles and a lot of kindness. The lady who checked us in was very patient with us as we had a horrible day. She helped us print all of the passport forms and Edwin (I think) was there and said to me that I had to relax. He brought me milk and honey to my room to help me to sleep as I was still so worked up. All in all, from the door man, bell boys, concierge, and the reception everyone was so accommodating. We would definitely stay there again. Also, this hotel is positioned in a great place. Everything is walking distance and if you want to take a cab to any of the tourist spots it won't cost more than 10 euros.

Fantastic location, very helpful staff, incredible roof garden, comfortable beds, and a 3-star Michelin restaurant on the ground floor. All good. But the recent renovation is a hot mess IMHO. My little room had 13 doors: single doors, double doors, sliding doors, pocket doors, glass doors, you name it. Then the textures: real brick, fake brick, pleather, glass, gold trim, 3 or 4 different types of wood paneling, and 4 types of tile in the bathroom. Exhausting. All this imagined by renowned interior designer Mercè Borrell. Okay.
