"The hotel booked a wedding party for the rooftop and restaurant so it was closed to all other guests one night. They did tell us the week before we got there, by then it was too late to find other accommodations. But when we were able to eat at the restaurant it was excellent and the staff is great. Rooms are super small but the trade off is the excellent location."

"Excellent location: walking distance to Notre Dame, The Louvre, Ste Chapelle. Very close to shops, cafes and restaurants of different cuisines. Couple of blocks to River Seine & the Metro. Staff was helpful & accommodating (stored our luggage while we went to Lourdes for a day). Bed & pillows were soft & comfortable. Coffee, tea, hot water pot in the room & the toiletries of wonderful scent. The room & bathroom were a a bit tight for hubby & me, not a deal breaker as understandably real estate in Paris is expensive. The location was more important for us; very convenient to most all."

"Awesome stay in Paris in this centrally located apartment. Nice clean room with window that opens to a bustling area with cafes and shops. Sound proof when closed. Nice location for visiting many top spots. Was able to check in early. Fridge, iron and stove. Check in instructions were clear and easy to manage. No front desk but it wasn't a problem at all. Would definitely recommend."

"I rarely leave negative reviews, but my stay at Les Patios du Marais in Paris was extremely disappointing. The overall cleanliness and hygiene standards were far below what should be acceptable for any hotel or accommodation. The garden area had mice and rats running around, which was shocking and very uncomfortable. The room itself appeared only superficially cleaned. The carpet was visibly dirty, and the bathroom was incredibly small and unpleasant. The worst part was the shower area, which had a terrible smell, almost like vomit or sewage. It made using the bathroom genuinely unpleasant throughout the stay. The photos online do not reflect the actual condition of the property. While the location is good, the experience itself was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had in Paris. I would not return and would not recommend this property to anyone expecting basic cleanliness, comfort, or proper maintenance."
