Petit-déjeuner à la hauteur du repas du soir. Installés dans les courant d'air (véranda froide et grande ouverte pour aérer au moment du petit-déjeuner). Peu de choix au buffet, le pain était sec, le café imbuvable et pas de thé de petit déjeuner (uniquement des thés parfumés).
