The family room had plenty of space for me and my two adult children. The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast included was very good! We ate dinner at the restaurant and there were many options and the food and service was good.

Third stay in this hotel. Nothing to compain, walking distance to the heart of Bad Ischl, directly at the river banks. Parking is 100 m down the road but one can drop off luggage at the entrance. Breakfast is quite good.

The two girls that helped me out were extremely helpful and kind. One was a bit newer, the other had been there a while. They went out of their way to let me in the gym until they closed, as well as helped me out with tea, and recommendation. I didn’t have wifi in my room and they did their best to get the wifi situated in a way that helped me. I didn’t end up getting better signal, but it was the effort on their part that showed me they were willing to go above and beyond. Close trip to Hallstatt, and Bad Ischl itself was beautiful. Wish there were more open food options but if you look hard enough or ask for recommendations you can find a couple good ones. Great location right by the water, restaurant had a fantastic steak, and breakfast buffet was also very good. Will return one day.

I clearly stated 2 adults + 2 children when ordering a "Family Room" pictured showing bunk beds for the children. I was charged an additional 90 Euros (45/child) and was told they charge for the number of people in the room regardless of my disclosure of four people at the outset. As I see it, I paid 90 extra Euros to rent two towels.

Auf unsere Beschwerde an der Rezeption konnte kein adäquates Lösungskonzept angeboten werden. Ein Mitarbeiter teilte uns lediglich mit, dass die Fotos auf der Website bereits aktualisiert worden seien, die Renovierungsarbeiten jedoch nicht in allen Zimmern durchgeführt wurden.
