« The property and room are OK. The room was nice but noisy due to it being a bottom unit and a lot of road noise. The worst thing was that during our stay our car was broken into as individuals were going through cars, trying to unlock them, and then taking items. We were woken up at 12:45 AM by police who had been called and chased the suspects, who then threw our car registration. « We routinely stay at this specific hotel when we visit Williamsburg. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are clean and it’s a quiet hotel even when it’s full. It is also at a very convenient location for Busch Gardens and the Outlet mall. The only thing that I ca. mention is that the breakfast is an additional charge and is essentially the same breakfast that is free elsewhere. That’s a drawback. We will be regular customers due to the staff and the upkeep of the hotel! »

« Hotel was nice and clean and very close to Busch Gardens (3) minutes, they had a shuttle but we were unaware. Remote control was missing a battery so no television the first night we were too tired to go to the lobby after we settled in for the night. Other than that, the room was clean and we had a good stay. »

« Everything was amazing the food was great but the cost for the meal plans is just to high next time instead of eating there we are just going to go to one of the many restaurants down the street and go to the I hop down the street for breakfast it is cheaper my family paid a total of almost 160 dollars for breakfast alone just for two days . Not doing that again but we had an amazing time »
