The warm Staff made my solo trip even better and appreciated the watermelon break they gave me when I mentioned one late hot afternoon upon arriving back at the hotel how I could use a chilled watermelon. "Fantastic value for money although it was fairly noisy after 8:30 am with kitchen staff preparing breakfast our rooms were number one and two so quite poorly placed in my opinion. Plenty of empty rooms where they could’ve located us somewhere much quieter. This was the most unhelpful and unfoexible hotel we have ever had the unfortunate experience of dealing with… plus they just ignore communication and are overall very very unhelpful. Unfortunately we had 2 family bereavements within a short space of time which meant we looked at trying to move our room to a different date… as we did want to go to the hotel but had to cancel flights and basically couldn’t turn up to the hotel because of this.
