From Genny in the cafe by the pool, to Antonio or Emilio at the desk, the staff making up the rooms, or anyone in the breakfast room (our bkfst waiter from Poland was delightful and a polyglot) , or driving the complimentary shuttle to Capri, everyone was most helpful, professional, and warm. "A little slice of paradise Where do I even begin? From the moment we arrived, this hotel was pure magic. The views over the sea are gorgeous. The staff were absolutely exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble, and they took care of everything with such warmth and professionalism. They even arranged a late checkout so we could squeeze in a few extra precious hours by the pool — that little gesture made all the difference. And breakfast on the terrace? A highlight of the entire trip. The French toast was, without exaggeration, the best I have ever tasted. Sitting there in the morning sun, looking out over the sea with that on my plate — honestly, perfection. Capri is a special place, but this hotel made it truly unforgettable. We left already talking about when we could come back. If you’re looking for somewhere that combines stunning surroundings, impeccable service, and those little personal touches that make you feel genuinely cared for — look no further. "The location is excellent and hotel amenities are good. Rooms are bit small with no ventilation on a rainy day. We had rain for the first 3 days of our stay and there wasnt much to do indoors apart from play cards. There was a good activity club for children which kept them occupied. Bathroom didnt have vent so it always smelt damp and size was small. Hotel staff were excellent very friendly and always smiling. Food was fresh and variety was good. Swimming pools and other outdoor activities were good. Bar staff were nice "
