We found hair in the sheets when we checked in. No phones in the room. Pool was really dirty, so we couldn't use it. The staff at reception were attentive. They answered all my questions, helped me organize transfers, and gave good instructions to the property. One of the guys helped us with our cases. It was just me and my husband, but there was plenty of room in the cabana if you have a family as it also had a trundle bed, pool and playground onsite.
