This family run hotel is new and seems as if still working on a few touches but you can tell that thought has been put into it. Very friendly people, both staff and guests, and pool and grill outside was great to have considering how hot it is there. Bed was ok. Note that they only accept cash which we weren’t prepared for but they were understanding and it wasn’t an issue to pay later in the day. As a young couple this was a great alternative to a hostel. Não tem recepção. Tive que ligar para a administradora para que ela fosse até o condomínio entregar as chaves e nos mostrar o quarto. Enquanto esperávamos, só não ficamos na rua porque um outro hóspede abriu o portão lateral. O estacionamento é na verdade um jardim que comporta quatro a cinco carros, porém se for mais do que três, alguém ficará bloqueado. Muchas gracias por tu atención Victor,eres maravilloso. ##### Verified traveller Stayed 3 nights in Dec 2018 ### 10/10 Excellent #### gabriel gustavo Dec 21, 2018 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### Muy bueno Todo bien , gente macanuda , victor un capo muy servicial siempre ##### gabriel gustavo Stayed 3 nights in Dec 2018 ### 8/10 Good #### Seiya Dec 9, 2018 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### 長期滞在に快適な宿 宿は非常に綺麗に管理されています。 建物が新しく、非常に綺麗です。シャワーも熱過ぎるぐらいまでのお湯がちゃんと出ます。 歩いて5分のところと、10分かからないぐらいのところにスーパーがあります。 5分のところはシエスタがあり、13時から17時までやってませんでしたが、 歩いて10分かからないところは一日中やってました。 宿泊中はスーパーで買ったチョリソーや、ステーキを焼いて食べてました。 赤みステーキが300グラム150円、大きなチョリソー３つで60円と格安でした。 他にもマンゴー、プラムなどのフルーツから、玉ねぎ、じゃがいもなどの野菜も格安で近くのスーパーで揃えることができるので、 自炊すれば、おいしい肉に付け合わせ、デザートなどを含め300〜500円で食べることができました。 イグアスの滝に向かうバスターミナルまでは歩いて15分前後ぐらいです。 また市内から空港までシャトルバスをを利用したい方は早めの予約オススメします。 当日の予約は取れません。前日までですが、予約が埋まる可能性があるので早めの予約がいいです。 Four Tourist Travel S.R.Lという場所で予約ができます。 宿から歩いて5〜10分ぐらいです。 またオーナーに頼むことも可能でした。タクシーの場合はオーナーの知り合いタクシーが11ドルで宿から空港までくれるみたいです。 街からだと600ペソ（1800円）、12ドルとかになるのでタクシー利用の方はオーナーに頼むのが安いと思います。 キッチンの調味料は塩、砂糖、油のみです。 プールは頻繁に清掃してるわけではないみたいなので、あまり綺麗な感じはしなかったです。 街全体が小さいので、宿の人に聞いたところ治安もいいみたいでした。 夜22時ぐらいでも女の人が一人で歩いたり、子供が外にいたのをよく見かけたので治安はいいんだと思います。 Wi-Fiはものすごく弱いです。 使えないと思っておいた方がいいと思います。 ##### Seiya Stayed 3 nights in Dec 2018 ### 10/10 Excellent #### ED Dec 9, 2018 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### Los empleados muy profesionales y helpful.
