A pousada fica de frente para o mar com uma linda vista e sua localização é próxima da balsa, permitindo a travessia para Arraial d'Ajuda. Os funcionários são extremamente educados e dispostos. "Excellent hotel, very good breakfast, all staff were kind and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and has a nice pool. The only thing that was a safety concern to us is that there is no traffic lights to cross the street in front of the hotel and not all cars stop at the same time. We were crossing when the cars stopped, but a motorcycle didn't stop and almost hit us. It is not the hotel fault, but they should defenitely bring this concern to the city as it affects the hotel guests."

"All with this property goes terrible! Cleaning, staff, breakfast, pool, terrible beds, nos bed sheets, no food pillows, nobody cares for the passengers staying there… they sales the property as 3* but in the real world is a 1*… I didn't get relocation, and I expect at least a refund of part of my money by Expedia side. I paid for a 3-star hotel and received 1-star services. As a travel agent, it's a disgrace. I would never sell something like this to my clients."
"Very good lobby area, pool areas, beach bar and snacks. The room needs updating, there was no water to take a shower one day, the air conditioning is very old, there was a problem, a technician was sent but at night it broke again and I had no air. Anyway, the environment is good but the hotel needs renovations."
