"Comfortable and clean rooms with good amenities, such as nespresso coffee. Beach like decor with an airy feel. Good location. 11 min. to all major attractions in either direction. A trendy looking restaurant serving all meals and great drinks. Fun backyard outdoor space for kids to run or play corn hall, along with comfy outdoor sofas. The front desk staff were very friendly and professional. "

"I took my daughter and her friend to Newport for a couple days to get away. I like the fact that this hotel had the beach right across the street and was close to the shopping in Newport. The hot tub wasn’t working on the rooftop deck, but that was fine. The elevator also was being repaired on day two of our stay and was out of commission until we left. We did get a text message asking if we would need help with our bags when we left which we didn’t need, but it was nice to know that it was an option if we did need it. I would definitely stay here again."

"I had a great stay at this property. The staff was friendly and the location was a easy walk to all of that downtown Newport has to offer. Parking was convenient and easy. "

"We loved this hotel! The staff was very friendly, big spacious clean rooms, great indoor pool. The big plus for us was the complimentary shuttle that takes you to downtown Newport so you don't have to drive and worry about finding a parking spot. "

"Hotel was comfortable and clean. We had a sliding door out to our parked car so it was easy to unload and load. Breakfast was good with hot eggs and meat as well as cold options. Wished they had flavored creamer. Pool and hot tub were warm and clean. Air conditioner was a bit noisy turning on and off, which would be my only complaint. "
