Anciennement, en 1905 un cinéma occupait la bâtisse, en 1940 un magasin entrepôt, par la suite cet immeuble a subit plusieurs transformations et est devenu Hôtel Boutique Wellenberg. Pour un séjour agréable à Zurich, c’est un excellent choix.
