« Joli hôtel, très bien placé avec des prix assez raisonnables pour Zurich. Chambres propres et assez grands, fenêtres très bien isolés contre le bruit (tramway). Le petit dèj est un peu spécial, pas de buffet, mais on commande librement comment ce qu'on veut. C'est un peu plus compliqué et surtout un peu plus lents, mais il y a beaucoup moins de gâchis. »

"Attente très longue pour le Check in. Chambre très petite, on peut à peine circuler autour du lit. Nous avions froid et sommes allés à la réception pour demander une couverture, on nous a dit on n’a pas de couverture, juste un drap supplémentaire. Mauvaise insonorisation. Prestations pas digne d’un 4 étoiles. La seule chose positive est la situation. "
