"When we checked in the place was closed down. We had to call Expedia to get another room. Tried calling the hotel for a refund. No one ever answered. The place looked completely rundown on the outside. Not sure how they ended up still being available on any booking site."

The room was clean and cleaned everyday. I would say the only negative for the room is that the air conditioning was noisy and also the walls could have been a little bit more sound proof. Our neighbors were really intense all night which made it hard for us to sleep... Otherwise the pool was clean also. Breakfast was good but the poor lady working by herself to try to keep everything full was having a really hard time keeping up with the people taking the food and the pancake machine kept...
