« The main positive about this property are the staff and the location. The staff are very polite, professional and most of all personable and helpful. Major props to Crystal and Sunny. Nothing but good things to say about them. The hotel is also very close to Tianmen Mountain cablecar station as well as local restaurants and airport/train station as a result of being in the city center. « Nous avons passé trois agréables nuits à l’hotel Thirty One. Le personnel était très aimable et nous avons eu beaucoup d’aide pour planifier notre séjour à Zhangjiajie. Une ambiance très « auberge de jeunesse » qui est forte agréable. »

« I loved my short stay here, especially how clean my room was. Was nice to have the fancy heated toilet haha for a change, the automated curtains and light control panel was a good touch. « Everyone at the hotel were super friendly and helpful. As a foreigner, it's very inconvenient to book tickets for the National forest without a Chinese phone number. The hotel owner took care of everything and also helped us build an itinerary. This was crucial as the ones you find online are very confusing. And because she actually hikes in the park frequently, she can customize it to your needs and the weather. The views you get from the hotel is also exceptional. »

« The rooms were extremely clean and very spacious. Each room had a toilet with a bidet. The bed sheets were spotless. Breakfast was great too! This is a great hotel also because it is walking distance to the Tianmen mountain entrance. »

« The room that is stayed at was clean and has air-conditioning. The staff was really helpful. The only things to note that the bathroom that I stayed at was really small and the bed mattress was hard. So this is a ideal room for those that are planning to stay here for one or two nights trying to see Tianmen Mountain. »
