Grande porte du Mont Tianmen

This hotel was marvellous. The staff were so attentive above and beyond. They sent a large vehicle to collect us from the train station. Once we arrived. They immediately recommended we go see the Grand Canyon because we had enough time left in the day. The hotel arranged the tickets and we had an amazing time. They have a refrigerator and freezer in the lobby stocked with drinks and ice cream where you just help yourself. The rooms were really nice and comfortable for our needs. We were out early each day going to the national parks. The main national park is only a short walk from the hotel. On the day we checked out we were also going to Tianmen mountain and the hotel offered to send our bags to the train station after we finished. This was amazing service we never received from any hotel anywhere. Some of the staff which didn’t speak English would use a dedicated translation device to help us out. The pool area was clean and well kept. The breakfast was excellent too. There are many restaurants within a short walk. We want to thank everyone at the hotel for your hospitality and making our stay exceptional.

Tout était parfait, chambre exeptionnelle, très bien équipée. Service très sympatique et très serviable, l’hotel nous avait organisé les transferts depuis la gare et les excurtions. Très calme et isolé. Seul bémol nous étions dans ce qui semble un deuxième batiment de l’hotel à trois minutes de voiture du restaurant. Mais la voiture était à notre dispositon en permanence et le restau très bien. Ce n’est peut-être pas idéal pour le petit déjeuner mais nous ne l’avons pas pris.
