Beautiful property that has been recently renovated and is exceptionally well maintained. The staff was outstanding—friendly, courteous, professional, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure a great guest experience. The facility was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. From check-in to check-out, everything exceeded expectations. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again. Could be a very nice get away for romantic young couples!

Unpleasant smell in bathroom, telephone not working, reception staff unfriendly. Breakfast very limited. Was not a comfortable stay.

As a repeat guest at Adam Hotel, I have always appreciated the property, and I continue to be impressed by the impeccable cleanliness and the excellent maintenance of the amenities. However, I felt that the overall level of service during this stay did not quite align with the expectations of a 5-star hotel. Small touches that usually define the experience, such as a welcome drink upon arrival, were missing. Additionally, the breakfast selection was quite limited compared to previous visits. I hope to see these areas addressed, as they would significantly improve the guest experience and help bring the service back up to the high standard this hotel is capable of.

Absolutely loved this place. The property was gorgeous, the beds amazingly comfortable, the breakfast was fresh, the staff were so generous and the location was perfect. I hope I return to Tunis one day- I would absolutely stay here again!
