Really enjoyed my stay at Liber Hotel! Very close proximity to Universal Studios Osaka, great amenities, attentive staff and an excellent first Onsen experience. Would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent stay

Huge room, Clean. 5 minutes walk to Universal Studios entry gate.

Staff was very helpful, we mailed our luggage to the hotel and they delivered the luggages to our room before our arrival. Breakfast was great, room was clean, couple of restaurant nearby and a lawson downstarirs

It is very good location-wise. Staff members are awesome and very helpful. There was always a taxi waiting outside, and it is very close to the metro and USJ,

My family and I stayed here for 3 nights, and enjoyed every second of it! The hotel is an approx. 10 minute-walk from Namba station and location is excellent. It is within walking distance to Dotonburi, and there is a Family Mart at the end of the block. The staff is the absolute best! Super friendly, helpful and welcoming. We needed a stroller fan for our toddler, and asked if they could help Amazon it. They were not able to help order it due to policy but they helped search for it online and...

Very conveniently located next to a metro/train station, which made getting around easy. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the area around the hotel was much quieter and more peaceful than the more central, tourist-y areas in Osaka. Really appreciated the complementary tea & coffee and the great amenities provided. I think we went to the Family Mart downstairs every day to pick up snacks and other necessities -- so great to have that option!

Tranquillité, qualité de la literie, beauté des espaces communs et de la chambre. onsen intéressant mais surcharge.

Location was amazing! Room was comfortable and super friendly staff! So much to do in the area within walking distance or easy access to transit system.

Great value considering location and quality

We were impressed. Perfect stay for us.

This is my third stay in this hotel. When I check in, I was assigned a smaller room than the last two stays. Went to the reception, and the concierge Yoshimi intervene and arrange a better room ( same size as last two stays). Feel satisfied. The hotel is right above the Namba OCAT terminal, extremely easy to find, and the Namba Walk is about 200 feet away, with lots of eatery and shops, also close to shinsaibashi (another shopping street)

This is a stunning hotel with gorgeous views, great breakfast and a Nespresso machine in the room - lifesaver! Also very central location with with everything nearby

One of my top favourite hotels to stay in Osaka/ Japan. Very convenient and super friendly staffs. The staffs go above and beyond to assist us.

We had a nice stay at Hotel Monterey Le Frerw Osaka. Great location, and parking available where we can just drop off our car and access public transport around the city. The hotel is like new, clean and full of amenities. Staffs are friendly and helpful too. Will definitely come back next time we’re in Osaka. Highly recommended.

I really like this hotel. It's within walking distance around shopping areas, close to many restaurants. The only thing I found a bit annoying is I could hear housekeepers vacuuming nearby early in the morning when tried to sleep in.
