Overall I was excited to stay again at this resort for a second time but will probably not return after we had a “insect issue” that was resolved but didn’t get much credit for… I paid a nice amount of money to stay there so I was a bit disappointed they didn’t extend some type of credit or reimbursement.

Being able to text the front desk for my needs was very helpful! Staff was friendly and the Universal shuttles were convenient.

It’s an ok option if visiting but there are so many more family friendly options available with less price gouging on site, cleaner rooms, and better location. I would personally never stay here again.

The resort was equipped with fun activities and dining options offered were of great value. Room was quaint yet clean and everything was in good working order. Loved the safety of being in a resort yet very close to nature. We only stayed 1 night but would love to come back for rodeo night on a saturday and maybe stay in a glamping tent just for the heck of it. Indiana was out guide for horseback riding and she had some fun stories as well as knowledge about the ranch which we enjoyed very much. Definitely coming back, maybe with a group of friends to multiply the fun!
