Great central location and good for trams, especially if travelling to Tramlines festival. Lots of extra facilities in building like a laundry room which was very useful. « Good location with parking, slight issue with the parking as you are given an allocated spot but upon arrival there was a vehicle already parked in the spot, quick phone call and instructions given to park elsewhere which was fine. Entry door system was hit and miss, didn’t work upon arrival but then on return did the same thing but it worked. Stayed in a 2 bedroom but only one bathroom so if you were not from the same family it might cause a few issues. »

« Vi var tre personer som bodde här i två nätter. Lägenheten var i gott skick. Det var nära till allt. Lugnt område. Smidigt att kunna laga mat i lägenheten om man inte vill äta ute och ordna med frukost som passar alla. Dock mycket sliten soffa och fåtölj. Fanns ingen stoppning kvar. Men de tre sängar som fanns var bra.10 minuters promenad från tågstationen. Skulle gärna boka här igen om jag återvänder till York. »

"Very nice and confortable hotel, and well located. The rooms and the place itself is in a classic british style. Breakfast is very nice and it is cooked on demand, which in my opinion may be a down-side, if you're not willing to spend 45 minutes for the breakfast (which esa my case most of the days as I was in a work stay). "In spite of some very lovely staff, this hotel is in an appalling state and desperately need of a facelift. Water damage on the walls, peeling paint, leaking toilets, a broken shower and windows that haven’t been cleaned in years. The owners need to spend a lot of money on this establishment that must have been spectacular in the past, as neither it or the staff deserve it being left in this state."
