« Clean and very comfortable room..the bed was very comfy, could do with a few more milks as not enough for 2 people or could do with a small fridge. The food in the restaurant was excellent as always, the staff were very welcoming and efficient. The bar and outside seating is comfortable. The reception was quick and informative. Plenty of parking and a bus stop right outside for a trip to York. Lovely grounds, well maintained . The spa is a lovely place to relax.. This is our 5th time here,...

« Un séjour de 3 nuits pour un déplacement professionnel. Le confort des chambres est super Il manque cependant des placards de rangement car celui existant est utilisé pour le coin café. Le service housekeeping laisse cependant à désiré. Le 1er jour nos tasses à café n’ont pas été remplacées alors qu'elles étaient sales, les sachets de thé et de café ont été laissés sur place et le 2eme jour nos lits n’ont pas été fait. »
