We loved it! It was clean, thoughtful, and centrally located. We stayed with young kids and booked the one bedroom suite. It was so nice to have a bigger space so we didn’t feel like we were crowding each other. The bathroom was also beautiful. Since our room was on the main floor, they provided a noise machine which we found incredibly thoughtful. I was a little worried that concierge was not on site, but I worried for nothing! They run a very great system! We will definitely stay again while in Salem.

I checked in around 10:45pm and it took an hour to get my key situation worked out. The elevator was out and so was the water fountain on the main floor. I have a bad knee so it was not ideal to walk up 3 flights of stairs and multiple trips for key issue. But the next day was great. I was in a quad and the other guests were kind and quiet. We had our own bathroom plus there are many many more bathrooms with showers on the floor. I loved the lounge option to work, read, warm up meals once the elevator was repaired and I could get to the 7th floor. The AMC theater, grocery with a hot bar, McDonald’s, Amtrak and T subway were across the street or a block away. I walked to Fanueil Hall in 10 min, took a commuter train to Salem for $8. It is in the heart of everything. The bed was a bunk bed thickness and the pillow a little too small for me. And the bedspread was very thin. I usually carry my own so I was prepared for the chillier night with a/c running.
