Yalikavak City Center Vacation Packages

amazing hotel with fantastic, accommodating and friendly staff. everyone who works here was extremely kind and made the holiday memorable. the hotel is located in a beautiful location and the whole vibe of it is gorgeous. the food is okay but aside from that it was an incredible hotel choice and i will recommend to every one. i want to mention Kayid who works in the restaurant he was absolutely fantastic, kind, professional, friendly and funny.

Great ocean view, but the rooms are dated and in need of renovation. The hot water in my room was muddy. I was not able to shower the first day. It took them a day to address the problem and I was not offered to change room. The muddy hot water problem improved, but was not completely fixed during my 3 day stay. The staff cleaning the room did a sloppy job. The breakfast buffet was OK if you want to eat under the sun. There was no shaded area if you wanted to eat outside and enjoy the view.

We stayed at Radisson Collection Bodrum for a wedding with our young child. Unfortunately, our experience fell short of expectations, particularly in terms of basic service, safety, and accountability. Despite requesting and reconfirming a crib before arrival, none was provided. We were eventually given a visibly worn and stained crib late at night, which was replaced with one that had a broken wheel the next day. Having to repeatedly address such a basic need while traveling with a young child was frustrating. More concerningly, late at night, my husband and several friends got trapped in the elevator for 10–15 minutes. Despite pressing the alarm and trying to contact the front desk, no one responded. Luckily we got out, but when went to the front desk, they appeared unaware of the incident afterward. This is a safety concern if the elevator emergency system does not work properly. We understand that issues can arise at any hotel, but what matters is how they are handled. The lack of timely assistance and meaningful accountability afterward was particularly disappointing for a hotel of this caliber. We hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both its safety procedures and its approach to addressing guest concerns.
