This is literally student housing as well as a hotel, and it feels like it. Location is the real let down: It's a trolley ride + long walk to the city center, and a 10 minute walk through a relatively dull, dirty area to the beach, though some better bars are only a little farther.

Fantastic apartment, as described and spotlessly clean. Good air-conditioning. Easy check-in process, good comms. The rooftop pool and terrace was lovely, a welcome relief at the end of a hot day. Only small downside was traffic was sometimes noisy so bring ear plugs.

Check in via WhatsApp was simple. Our room was available early and we were allowed to access it.
The room was spacious and have everything we needed.
Location can't be beat, the train station and a grocery store are very close.
The room could use a deep cleaning (dust, floors), but otherwise it was good for the 1 night we spent.

"Stayed as a family in 2 x rooms for 2 days. Lovely cool rooms with the 38 degree heat outside this was such a relief. The hotel is in such a beautiful setting and was so relaxing. Had pool to ourselves on both days. Staff all lovely. Trip to castle is fab and Xàtiva is a little gem to explore."
