Staff were friendly and helpful, Spa and Pool were excellent and provided a comfortable environment to relax and refresh. A great location for a short relaxing break!

The Chester Grosvenor
The hotel is closing this Sept for a two year renovation. Some staff have already left for other city jobs. Both sink and bathtub did not drai well. The room tv was so small it was almost impossible to see. No bar soap provided. Asked for a one hour late checkout and it was granted but almost begging. ...

Moxy Chester
Rooms were nice and were clean. Only negatives were 1) there's not really a desk in the room . Only a round stool with no back on it so difficult if you're using the hotel for business. 2) There were no vegan main meals on the menu which is disappointing.
