« Staff were really nice. I am beyond impressed. Bed is clean and extremely comfortable. The room is clean. Shower is amazing. I love that there is no longer a shower curtain! Glass doors. I was really concerned when I booked it but needed a place to stay close to the airport due to a flight cancellation that did not cost a lot. I could not be more impressed. I would definitely book in again. »

« Nous allons définitivement ne plus réserver cet hôtel. Malpropreté générale de la chambre, mauvaise odeur, pas aéré .avons réserve 2 nuits, donc 2 chambres différentes. La première, draps sales, déjà utilisés, oreillers d mauvaise qualité. 2 e chambre mieux équipée, plus moderne, mais pas très propres au niveau du plancher et des murs, coulisses sales dans la salle de bains et poils. »

"Tout est sale puanteur..un édifice à détruire le bain ,les rideaux ..j’ai eu peur aux infestations..je n’ai pas osé déposer mes bagages sur le plancher..Nous avons dormi dans notre V R de peur de infester nos bagages . Nous avons utilisé le stationnement pour dormir dans le véhicule.. je ne comprends pas vous êtes associé à cet établissement.c’est à ne rien comprendre !"

"Les lits étaient confortable, il manquait certaines commodités, il n'y avait pas de boites de kleenex dans notre chambre, le déjeuner était correct, le personnel était serviable et gentil. Ce qui serait bien c'est d'offrir du café en tout temps et changer la machine à eau bouillonante automatique en tout temps. La toilette au lobby; il faudrait absolument qu'elle soit fonctionnelle svp. Ce n'est pas commode vu que nous sommes beaucoup si on veut aller à la salle de bain. Pour le reste ça passe. "

"L’hôtel est parfait et le personnel vraiment gentil. Nous étions fatigué et nous avons mangé au restaurant de l’hôtel. Service et plat excellent. Le stationnement est payant. Nous croyons pouvoir marcher sur le bord de l’eau mais l’hôtel est entouré d’autoroute. Fausse impression de notre part mais à part cela tout est parfait. "
