Street parking is metered, so if you come by car, it's worth parking in a lot, but the neighborhood is really well served by public transit AND super walkable. The air conditioner made this July visit comfortable. In all, this was a great place for a week working remotely in Philly. »

« If you're looking for a ghetto-hood type stay you're in the right place. If you have low expectations, this is the place for you. 1.This apartment is up 3 flights of stairs. 2.The host does NOT respond. There were NO towels or washcloths. I texted the host, he claimed he was coming but never did. 3. You can literally smell who's smoking Newport's from I'm assuming the apartment under. The ventilation is ridiculous. 4.Its on a busy/heavily traffic street...SEPTA has a bus stop directly in front...

« Book this condo, you won’t be sorry! Location looked a little scary for a small town girl new to Philly, but once we were in the condo, it was excellent! Very clean, surprisingly quiet, spacious, plus lots of extra touches I appreciated (coffee pods, shampoo, etc). And the location is actually outstanding! Close to EVERYTHING, neighborhood felt very safe. We walked everywhere, had wonderful meals nearby. And Sarai was very responsive to my questions. Next time we’re in Philly we will...

« The whole process was smooth. They live walking distance to a pub, Betsey Ross house and many of the tourist sites. They have little touches like hygiene items, spices, coffee included. We also enjoyed the roof top patio for a drink and views of the Delaware River. »

« The biggest negative issue was that the lock to the outside door to the unit was broken. Also, for some reason, that access door was left open multiple times. Security was by far the biggest issue.A quick trip to Target two blocks away would really help. For instance, there were only curtains on the bedroom - no blinds. The silverware and plates were fairly spartan. The toilet paper roll holder was broken. All of these items are easily fixable.On the positive side, the bed was comfortable....

« Family was there for a wedding and we had a great time. Plenty of room and very well appointed with tech and a massive flat screen. Also loved the fact we had two spots to park in back so did not have to worry about on street parking. Would definitely recommend the property. »
