Room was clean but in rough shape, carpet was matted and deformed. Staff was excellent and the helpful with arranging shuttle.

The only thing that was missing was when I checked in the front desk agent asked for my info, a cc, and gave me my keys. No welcome info, no amenity info, no direction- nothing. I had never been there before and that was a huge miss from a hospitality standpoint.

The property was clean and the room was also clean and comfortable . The shower water pressure was great . The location of the hotel was in a convenient spot and we even had a view of the Twins stadium.

While the room in general was fine, the air conditioner was very loud & whined; the coffee dispenser downstairs didn't work one of the days; no coffee cups were out one if the days; the water to the building was off one of the days from noon until almost 5 pm (the schedule we got upon check-in stated from noon to 3 pm); and only 1 ice machine worked for the entire hotel. While this may have been a fluke, it did not enhance our stay in any way.

We stayed over the weekend for a wedding. Lovely hotel views, great breakfast, and ease of access were some of our most notable highlights. Hotel staff were friendly and exteremely helpful. Enrique and the entire staff were extremely accommodating and made our experience so much better. We had an amazing time and will be back again.
