Excellent hotel. Great amenities. The only negative was the cost of the buffet breakfast, but it was good.

The staff was so wonderful and their service was amazing. It is a gem of a hotel with beautiful luxurious rooms and excellent food. The only problem was a week prior or to arrival when their Reservations Manager refused to credit me back with one days lodging since the airline changed their flights. As a result I didn’t want to lose the reservation and agreed to pay the night I couldn’t show - but then the hotel threatened to cancel or charge me higher. I had booked for 9 nights and prepaid....

This hotel offers excellent facilities for the price. It's conveniently located near many restaurants and convenience stores, and very close to the station, making it a great choice for those visiting Korea on a layover or a short trip. The room was clean and fully equipped — I was even surprised to find not only a hairdryer but also a hair straightener.
