« Room was not ready at after 3pm. I waited unitl 20 after purposely to avoid this issue when i went to check in i was told that i had to wait 10 minutes for them to clean the room it actually ended up taking another 20 minutes before we got to actually get into our room. The TV in the room was a dumb version of a smart TV and they did not provide the correct remote so we could not watch TV. No Wifi password was provided so much for free Wifi i had to use my Hotspot on my cellphone »

« We had a terrible time at this property. Our key for our room repeatedly stopped working and we had to go to the desk constantly for new keys. By our second night, we had no keys for our room. We were placed in the middle of a renovation (rooms being renovated all around us. We were walking over drywall and debris to get to our room. The gentlemen working on the rooms were kind, but often in our way as we were coming and going. The tv in our room did not work. »

« This was not a Good stay. Too many bday parties going on both days we were there.. kids running around and the parents drinking and not paying attention. Couldn’t even get in the hot tub or pool.. we won’t be back.. breakfast wasn’t the best and that mad apple really sucked. Staff was pleasant enough. »
