Anything you can think of was there - down to reusable water bottles for the guests. There are spa robes and shoes in every bedroom closet to make getting to the hot tub even more enjoyable. They had installed a new outdoor dome in the back, furnished with cozy seating and blankets, a heater, and games. We had amazing music going all weekend on the record player - there are speakers all throughout the house so you can hear it everywhere if you want. The decor is so fun and chic. I just can’t say enough about the entire experience. The owners were so warm and genuine in wanting us to have a lovely stay. We’ll be back! Such a gem. ##### Margaret W. It was not just somewhere to stay, it was an experience and truly unique. The decor & amenities were all amazing. From the moment we arrived everything was exactly as described; clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. The hosts were incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making a seamless check in, accommodating our requests, and they insured we had everything needed throughout our stay. We all especially loved the attention to every little detail in design. Things we didn’t know we wanted or needed were right at our fingertips. From fluffy bath robes with perfectly appointed hooks for them by the hot tub, to water glasses by the beds and upscale technology throughout the home. The level of thought and care that was put into each design element is just beyond. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. My friends and I are already talking over a date that we can return to this special place. I would add photos of all our fun making dinner in the beautiful kitchen, dancing around the living room to a wonderful collection of vinyl records, relaxing in the hot tub, chilling on a beautifully lit backyard patio, and enjoying fireside chats, but those need to stay private! ##### Dynel E. This is a beautifully renovated and maintained place! The owners paid attention to detail throughout and were very responsive. I had a hard time determining where I wanted to drink my coffee in the morning because of the multiple seating areas that each had their own charm. We were fairly busy visiting relatives while we were there, and I would have loved to stay another day or two just to hang out and enjoy the house! It was beautiful, comfortable and fun! Impeccably restored, the house and its decor were warm, inviting, and inspiring. I felt as though I'd walked into someone's primary residence, that's how thoughtfully this VRBO was designed, decorated, and outfitted. Loved the extra touches like fresh eggs, local bread and adult beverages, too. Communication with hosts was easy peasy, contactless check-in was smooth, too. This VRBO has all you'll need and more. My husband and I rented for Octoberfest weekend and our group totaled 7 people. Everyone slept comfortably and we had way more space than we anticipated. We were walking distance from downtown Appleton, also a plus! The hot tub was wonderful, outdoor seating, decor, and even surround sound record player! Definitely believe this is a house to rent if you have some down time to relax and enjoy the entertainment. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive. They had local beer, bread, coffee, fresh eggs, AND wine for us upon arrival. Absolutely 100% the best stay ever. We would love to come back. ##### Jan T. The extra commodities that they provided us during our stay was very sweet. They are very thoughtful in making sure their guests have a great experience! We didn’t have any issues and I would certainly recommend staying at 720\. The pictures don’t do it justice. The house has so much character and charm. The house is very roomy and comfortable and has nice seating areas in the front and back of the house. We enjoyed reading about the history of the home from a book on the coffee table. The welcome booklet was also very helpful. We chose this location for a long weekend while we traveled north for the Saints/Packers game.
