This thoughtfully designed home features in-floor radiant heating, a modern Rumford fireplace, and split-level AC units for year-round comfort. Luxurious linens, super-comfy beds, and carefully curated decor create a space that’s both stylish and inviting.

Lounge on the front porch, sip coffee on the private Master balcony, or gather in the spacious backyard complete with a mid-century fireplace, cushy lawn furniture, premium gas grill, winter done and hot tub — perfect for entertaining or unwinding under the stars.

This house was the main attraction of our weekend getaway! I’m so happy we selected this eclectic gem for our cozy, family friendly New Year’s Eve! The owners of this house have thought of every detail. It has the best vibes! We enjoyed the old school record player and sound system, hot tub, dome/igloo, comfy beds, and the atmosphere! We didn’t wanna leave!

Book it now! I don’t think I have ever stayed at a rental more thoughtfully done than this house. Anything you can think of was there - down to reusable water bottles for the guests. There are spa robes and shoes in every bedroom closet to make getting to the hot tub even more enjoyable. They had installed a new outdoor dome in the back, furnished with cozy seating and blankets, a heater, and games. We had amazing music going all weekend on the record player - there are speakers all throughout the house so you can hear it everywhere if you want. The decor is so fun and chic. I just can’t say enough about the entire experience. The owners were so warm and genuine in wanting us to have a lovely stay. We’ll be back! Such a gem.

Wanted to stay forever!We all absolutely loved the house! There was so much personality and everything was cozy! It was so fun to say to each other “did you see ‘this’ in ‘this’ room”!The record player was a lot of fun too. You could choose which rooms you wanted it to play in and many different record choices!We hung out in every area of the house!The house also had an amazing smell that I wanted to bring home with us.The beds and pillows were AMAZING!We used the hot tub every day.It is very walkable to food and bars.Laurel and Alex took good care of us and reached out to see if we needed anything.There was bread, wine, local brewer and a ton of other extras left for us that be totally enjoyed.We are already trying to figure out when we can go back!

My friends and I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this property. From the moment we arrived everything was exactly as described; clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. The hosts were incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making a seamless check in, accommodating our requests, and they insured we had everything needed throughout our stay. We all especially loved the attention to every little detail in design. Things we didn’t know we wanted or needed were right at our fingertips. From fluffy bath robes with perfectly appointed hooks for them by the hot tub, to water glasses by the beds and upscale technology throughout the home. The level of thought and care that was put into each design element is just beyond. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. My friends and I are already talking over a date that we can return to this special place. I would add photos of all our fun making dinner in the beautiful kitchen, dancing around the living room to a wonderful collection of vinyl records, relaxing in the hot tub, chilling on a beautifully lit backyard patio, and enjoying fireside chats, but those need to stay private!

The house is amazing! It has everything you could possibly think of and if we had any questions during our stay, the answer was in the welcome book and/or labeled clearly. The look was funky and eclectic, but it had a spa-like feel (and smell!). There were local wine and snacks when we got there, which was totally unexpected but so awesome. Beautiful Home in Appleton, Wisconsin

My family and I were in Appleton, Wisconsin for a wedding and not only was the wedding awesome the home we stayed in was beautiful. I have stayed in hotels and rental properties for years and must say the home at 720 W Front Street is on top of the list for outstanding.First, the owners are great communicators and answer your questions right away. Upon arrival there were several great surprises. The home is beautiful and really well maintained. The home is a block away from Pierce Park in Appleton and downtown is easily walkable. The home is located on a great street that encourages to get out and explore the surrounding area. The owners go well beyond any rental property I have ever stayed at. You are greeted with a note board in the kitchen that has been personalized and gives you great information. There are awesome amenities such as a tasty artisan loaf of bread, a bottle of wine, some cold beer in the refrigerator and other kitchen amenities such as eggs, coffee and condiments. They have new appliances for making coffee to washing clothes.The home has a great sound system with records to enjoy. There are quiet places such as the private front porch, a cozy sitting area upstairs and a well appointed area on the back porch with plenty of room for a family or group of friends and a hot tub for relaxation.There is much more that I can add to the description; however, it will be fun for you to discover and enjoy other features at 720 W Front Street.

Amazing house with everything you could need!

Our group had an amazing stay at 720, owners were very kind made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. All of the details to ensure a great visit: robes and slip ons for the hot tub, fire wood ready to go in all fire places, local treats, cozy blankets and pillows for all sitting areas, comfortable beds, record player and records for dance parties, all kitchen supplies you could ever need, overall unique house beautifully decorated. Would recommend!!

Beautiful home with so much to offer! We thoroughly enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and then seating in the front porch area. The fire pit and hot tub were a perfect way to end our night. Wonderful place!

This is a beautifully renovated and maintained place! The owners paid attention to detail throughout and were very responsive. I had a hard time determining where I wanted to drink my coffee in the morning because of the multiple seating areas that each had their own charm. We were fairly busy visiting relatives while we were there, and I would have loved to stay another day or two just to hang out and enjoy the house! It was beautiful, comfortable and fun! So many nice touches. Thanks for the attention to detail and the shout outs to the local businesses Laurel and Alex. Loved it!

Ladies turn 60!

Four ladies turn 60! We had so much fun and many laughs. We loved this place! Also, appreciated the baked goods,coffee and beer. Really enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit as well. Make sure to go check out Deja Vu for some great martinis.

Girls weekend
