It is a good hotel, convenient to the local Appleton area. Our only issue was the air conditioning which did not cool the room and was very loud.

I was very surprised that for a hotel that caters to conventions / large groups that there was only 1 slow elevator. And then 1 other at the way far other side of the building. On the positive side. Parking in a city ramp is a must but they have found a way to validate the tickets to only be charged a set fee per day . I chose this hotel for the proximity to the Performing arts center so I could walk there and back without having to deal with the traffic

We stayed on the side of the hotel that is next to the bar. All we heard until 2am was bass, not an awesome stay.
