« We asked for an early check in. When we arrived, we were told they would call us when our room was available. We went to lunch, came back and still not ready. Ending up getting ready for event in the lobby and having access to our room an hour after regular check in time. »

« Room not cleaned, staff literally just stared at me blankly when I tried to tell them about it. Breakfast sucks, only give you 2 towels for 2 people, and the rooms are actively falling apart. Desperately needs some updates and to find decent people to work there. »

« We appreciated being able to check in late to our room. There's ample & free parking. The residence was quiet. We stayed in a suite. We didn't appreciate the hair in the bathroom shower. The living room couch had multiple stains on the cushions & the desk chair cushion was also not clean. The small kitchen area had minimal house ware items, and was minus dish towels and soap for the dishwasher. The well used kitchen sponge we threw away. « Room was ok but sign on lobby door said check in next door. Was a strange set up. »

« This place was horrible! dirty, no hand soap at the sink, people outside fighting and screaming all night. The bedding had stains all over the place! We puched a chair in front of the door and threw our luggage on top, thats how unsafe we felt! I would NEVER recommend this hotel! »

« la chambre était convenable, mais c'est bien la seule chose. Nous avons été surpris de devoir payer une caution (?) à notre arrivée. Deux personnes étaient assises par terre dans les couloirs à écouter de la musique, d'autres préfèrent sortir de leur chambre pour téléphoner dans le couloir, aucune de ces personnes ne parlait anglais (l'hotel est pourtant situé aux USA). des camions garés sur le parking font tourner leur moteur jusqu'à minuit. le parking et ses alentours sont remplis de gens qui...
