The room and amenities were very nice. The only staff I dealt with were at check-in and out and both were very helpful and friendly. The property around the building seems to be under construction and the road from the street had MANY HUGE potholes.

Good staff and the room was clean. The place was very dated, stained/damaged carpet, and the hallways were damaged. The breakfast had a low class feel about it. Plenty of hot water, in the shower, and the bed was decent. Even though I saved $100/night I doubt I’ll stay there again

Staff was friendly and the room was clean. It seems like now days there’s always going to to be some peeling wallpaper, etc. The bathroom looked completely refreshed. Very clean caulking around the tub/shower area.

Hot tub is not in order and does not look like it will anytime soon. Pool was nice. Breakfast was nice. Rooms smell of smoke badly and other guests stated similarly. Used to be a beautiful hotel and it's really sad to see how neglected it is.

Property is currently going through some remodeling. That said, the staff is SUPER FRIENDLY and accommodating. Our check in wasn't supposed to be until 3pm but the staff allowed us to check in 2hrs early as we were going to a football game at Lambaugh field. Rooms were very clean and accommodated us for our needs. Little living room area sofa had a pull out bed which worked great as we ended up have a 5th person stay with us. I'd definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at this hotel numerous times before when going to Packers games. It is really showing its age. Beds are comfortable and the property is generally clean, but it is in dire need of a complete renovation. There are parts that look like a botched home reno job. Our room 206, except for some stains on the carpet and a really warn out couch, was acceptable. However, our friend who stayed in room 123 was faced with water stains in the ceiling and wall paper peeling off the walls.

Staff at front desk when we checked was great! Room smelled stale. Carpet was needed to be stretched. Lots of extra ridges. Could be a trip hazard for those who can not pick up their feet. Toilet set was very loose. All other these issuses could be fixed by general maintenance to the property.

The parking lot was confusing because of the construction to Applebee’s. Initially thought the hotel was closed for business. I would definitely recorded bed better signage. Staff was friendly. We liked how close our room was to the side door. Hot tub is small but overall a good experience.
